Bego Aranguren
President
I'm a 4th year PhD student working on nuclear thermionic avalanche cells. I love meeting new people and spending time with friends, so please feel free to reach out!
Grace Long
Vice President
Grace has been pursuing research in nuclear safeguards with the NSSPI Center for 4 years focusing on uncertainty quantification in radiation transport codes. After an internship with LANL in 2020, Grace returned in the summer of 2021 to continue her work with the Safeguards Science and Technology Group on neutron coincidence counting. Grace began to work on her Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering at TAMU in the fall of 2021.
Sean Martinson
Treasurer
Sean, who is currently the Treasurer, is a 4th PhD student whose research has been focused on nuclear forensics, international forensics, and nonproliferation. Sean’s research will support and advance the goals and mission of INMM.
Dalton Wise
Secretary
Dalton is a MS candidate and research assistant at Texas A&M University focusing on nuclear security and nonproliferation. In addition to attending school, he is a criticality safety analyst at Los Alamos National Laboratory.
Kimberly Zabava
Undergraduate VP
Kimberly attends Texas A&M University and expects to graduate in Spring 2023 majoring in nuclear engineering and minoring in materials science and engineering. Kimberly enjoys creating art, gardening, and playing board games in her free time.
Michael Callahan
Bush School VP
Michael is a second-year Master of International Affairs student at the Bush School of Government and Public Service with interests in nuclear security and US defense policy. Before attending the Bush School, he completed his BA in political science at Hofstra University in 2020. In his free time, he enjoyed reading and Mets baseball.
